A curated event on July 10, 11 and 12 2025 connecting restaurants and cafés in Hove and promoting the area as a food & drink destination.
Founded by David Toscano at Cin Cin, the inaugural event was run in 2023 and is now returning in 2025 in partnership with Restaurants Brighton to boost the marketing and operational functions of the event.

Purchase your Trail vouchers via the Restaurants Brighton website for use at any of the 12 participating venues.
Each voucher will cost £15 and will be redeemable for one dish at each site. All dishes are exclusively available to Trail customers.
